How to unlock the Port Man Toe? achievement in Back 4 Blood - Definitive Guide

This secret can be found in Act 1 - The Crossing. After blowing up the propane tank make your way onto the destroyed bridge and on the right side you'll see a red cargo carrier / boat thing, drop down and the collectible will be on it inside of a small suitcase.

There's a safer way. You can enter the boat through the door like you would naturally with the sworn behind you. Go down the stairs and towards the end to see that same boat you can jump down onto from the bridge.

Do you need to be online for this achievement or you can do it in solo campaign?

It should also be noted that it's located in the second red carrier/boat on the right.

- Once you get to the ferry, go down to the car deck. The Skull is inside the red cargo ship thats crashed into the ferry.

*ACHIEVEMENTS DO NOT UNLOCK IN SOLO CAMPAIGN!

This easy to follow video will show you the locations of ALL 10 SECRETS in the game "Back 4 Blood".

All of the secrets are more like collectibles, they are Gold Skulls held by a black hand.

Each Secret will unlock it's own achievement, there is no cumulative achievement for getting all of them.

This game is sorted by ACTS, CHAPTERS & MISSIONS.

Each CHAPTER has one secret, I point out what MISSION to find each one in the video and in the timestamps below:

Hi Everyone

Secrets are golden skull like trophy things, you need to interact with them by pressing x to unlock the achievement. There are 10 in the game in total.

This particular secret is located in Act 1 - The crossing. It is shortly after boarding the boat, head down stairs in the car park section, on the right you will see a red container and the collectable is inside

In this video guide I will show you how to find the secret in "The Devil's Return". This collectible will be on Act 1, level called The Crossing.
After you leave the safe house you will need to blow up a propane tank to continue on with the level. Just stick to the right hand side of the bridge until you see the sign that says Kanowa River. Shortly after there will be a semi and a barge to the right side of the bridge. Jump onto the barge and at the end will be the golden skull on the suitcase.

Hello Everyone!

This can be accomplished in ACT 1 Chapter "The Crossing." Leave the safehouse and continue in the level as planned. After shooting the giant propane tank, creating a hole towards the George Washington Bridge, stay to the right side. Continue along the bridge until you eventually see a sign that reads "Kanowa River." Underneath you will see a barge trailer and the Golden Skull collectible is in the far left corner on the ground. Please see the attached video if you prefer visual representation. Good Luck!

you can accomplish this in chapter 1 - the crossing
once you leave the safe room go and destroy the big red propane tank and blow up the wall. then head for the right side of the bridge you will come across a sign that says kanowa river jump down on to the big red container in the river and the secret is in the suite case at the end.

The Golden Skull is located on the level 'The Crossing'.

Whilst running along the broken highway, after passing the lorry, stick to the right of the road. When approaching the boat, look off the ledge to see a barge underneath. The Skull is located on this barge.

Secrets - skulls, the skull is located on the Railway Crossing map. There will be a truck on the bridge as you approach the ship; near it you need to jump down into the corner container. There is a skull in the container.
