How to unlock the No Time for a Nap achievement in Back 4 Blood - Definitive Guide
I received this without actually reviving a teammate. Somebody else in my team did.
However, just in case it doesn't bug for you, when somebody has their health depleted, they will fall to the ground and can't move, although they can continue to shoot.
You will know they have fallen, because their name will appear in red on your HUD.
Run over to them, and hold until they are revived.
Some achievements won't pop until the end of the round, although this one seems to pop right away. Although, other people report they had to go back into the lobby for this to pop.

I mostly wrote the guide because some people may not realise that some achievements don't pop mid-game and you have tno finish the session.

When a teammates health drops to 0, they will lose a life (the little Plus symbol on the Hud) and will be incapacitated on the floor. Their health bar will turn to a bleed out bar and they will lose the ability to walk and use their primary weapon. When this happens hold to revive them or press if you have a defibrillator to instantly revive them.
