So having just completed this achievement I’ll give you guys some advice. Unfortunately the duplication glitch no longer works which means you’ll actually have to fight this the real way. The most challenging part I found was the last three missions however, thanks to the update they have made Nightmare mode easier as before the last and second to last mission was extremely difficult with the Bezerkers. What I would recommend is using the mini guns and stun grenade this is what I have found to be most effective. Aim for the weak spots on all enemies trust me makes a huge difference. On the last mission I’d recommend holding out in the church although I would say kill 4/5 snitches then go looting as you can pay to heal yourself which trust me you will need from the first aid cabinet. Also, there is a room that requires a tool kit this will need to be opened in order to access the first aid kit. When the final two bezerkers come at the end ideally kill the first one as quick as possible as trust me is so much easier to survive and move around if there’s only one. If there’s two they do a ridiculous amount of damage in the small area that you are in. The good news is as the church only has one entrance you don’t have to worry about any other enemies coming from any other direction other than forward.

Apart from that it will take a fair bit of practise took me three attempts at this last mission.
