How to unlock the Art Lover achievement in Back to the Future: The Game - 30th Anniversary Edition - Definitive Guide

This will be the first achievement of the second episode. It is unmissable, however, I did not get a notification when this achievement unlocked, so I want to give you the exact scene in the game when it is supposed to unlock. I ll put the description in spoiler brackets, just in case,

2018 and still glitchy! have played the start of this chapter twice past this part and no cheevo! can't believe telltale games were ever this bad!
