This achievement occurs during Episode 4 - Double Visions
You must first get the Algae cakes off or Cueball who is far right outside the school, say the following:
• Dialog (Cueball): "What's with your teeth?"
• Dialog (Cueball): "Seriously, about your teeth."
Cueball will then give you the Algae cakes, its now time to offer everyone them, o the following:
•
Use Item Algae Cakes to equip.
• Interact with Cueball (With Algae Cakes equipped.)
• Use Item Algae Cakes to equip.
• Interact with "Guy" (With Algae Cakes equipped.)
• Use Item Algae Cakes to equip.
• Interact with Edna (With Algae Cakes equipped.)
• Use Item Algae Cakes to equip.
• Interact with Arthur McFly (With Algae Cakes equipped.)
• Walk towards the screen.
• Use Item Algae Cakes to equip.
• Interact with Trixie. (With Algae Cakes equipped.)
• Walk over to the DeLorean.
• Use Item Algae Cakes to equip.
• Interact with Doc (With Algae Cakes equipped.)
• Interact with Street
You will now be taken to Emmett's lab
• Use Item Algae Cakes to equip.
• Interact with Emmett (With Algae Cakes equipped.)
The achievement will unlock as soon as Emmett eats the cake

This doesn't explain how Cueball appears or that related achievements are missable. Not seeing Cueball, I checked the street and ended up moving to the next area and missing achievements.

I had to replay story only for this achievement, there's definitely a glitch going on here, though I could not figure out exactly what. First time, I offered all cakes, then went to Emmett's house, did the 'Edna was right' achievement, then offered Emmett a cake, nothing. I kept playing and after going back outside the fair, I offered everyone cake again, all refused, offered the Delorean, nothing.... Second playthrough when I finally got it, all similar, except I offered a cake to Delorean before offering one to Doc, then as soon as I got to Emmett's house, offered him a cake before doing the 'Edna was right' achievement --- If I had to guess, probably the Delorean has nothing to do with glitch, and maybe doing the 'Edna was right achievement' before offering cakes glitches this somehow, but that's just my guess --- As a side note, Cueball never actually accepts the cake, I was worried I might have missed something when my achievement did not unlock at first

Just to note Cueball will not appear at the expo until you unlock a certain conversation. It is important that you unlock him ASAP if you also want to unlock the Timely Traveller achievement, both of these are missable if you unlock him to late.
The Timely Traveller achievement in Back to the Future: The Game - 30th Anniversary Edition worth 48 pointsTake the fewest possible trips to Emmett's lab.
for only visiting Emmet's lab the minimum number of times.
So to unlock Cueball. The first time you appear at the expo, go over and speak to Edna and Artie; eventually you will see Trixie exit the doors. Go over to Trixie and go through the dialogue with her selecting the What are you doing here options. Once you have exhausted the conversation with her go back to Edna.
Talk to Edna and select the option. "I talked to Trixie", Keep an eye on the truck in the background during the conversation cutscenes. After Edna's outburst now select You want to get Trixie Fired Immediately during the cutscene you will see Cueball appear by the truck.
Go over to Cueball, select the two options about Trixie which will unlock the Whats with your teeth, and Seriously whats with your teeth, options. Select those and Cueball will hand over the Algae cakes .
Make sure you also select the option Whats the toecurling secret about Trixies Past so he also gives you the postcard. Enabling you to unlock another missable achievement
The There's a Moose? achievement in Back to the Future: The Game - 30th Anniversary Edition worth 23 pointsGet a good look at Trixie's postcard.
Select the Algae Cakes in your inventory and proceed to offer Cueball one he will decline, Now give one to the guy on the steps, Artie McFly, Edna, Doc who is sitting in the Delorean and Trixie. .Now proceed with the objectives until you are in Emmett's lab, once there offer him the cake and the achievement will unlock.
The key to unlocking those 3 missable achievements is making sure you unlock Cueball early. I made the mistake of not doing that and I had to replay a large chunk of the episode.
