How to unlock the One Bad Apple achievement in Back to the Future: The Game - 30th Anniversary Edition - Definitive Guide
This is a missable achievement from Episode 3.
There are 7 demerits in the episode. Three of them are story related.
The first and most "missable" one is right at the beginning. You need to mess with the city gate. To do so interact with the gate outside of Hill Valley with the Tire Iron equipped. Beware that you need to do this before entering the city otherwise you will need to start the episode again!
Inside the city:
interact with the Guard Shack near the Courthouse,
interact with the Squawk Box next to the statue in the park several times and
interact with the Statue (not when Marty's parents are arguing).
The achievement unlocks after the last story related demerit, before your interview with Citizen Brown.

Thanks, Barker Guru. I apparently can't read either lol U must interact with the gate, not the squawk box with the tire iron. U will know u are doing it right when u are docked a demerit point. I'm at the beginning of lvl 3, so that's what I am currently seeing. And thanks for the guide, Vanek.

Didnt pop after Doc interview cause I think I didnt use the Squawk box enough times.
So outside the garage with Martys dad I used the Squawk box 3 times and it popped.

In episode 3 (Citizen Brown) it is a bit more difficult to get this trophy.
There are 7 demerits in the game
* Tamper with the GATE using the TIRE IRON before. For that you'll get one demerit.
* Loitering will get you one demerit too. This is done by interacting with the GUARD HOUSE next to officer Parker at the COURT HOUSE.
* Use the SQUAWK BOX in the TOWN'S SQUARE three times. It might not seem that you'll get the demerit, but it'll count
* Play with the STATUE in the TOWN'S SQUARE. For this you'll get one demerit.
* The next three are unmissable:
