To get this I used daggers that give enemies poison along with the poison ivy accessory that poisons you for two at start of the fight but poisons any enemies that attack you even if you don’t take damage. I also used the poison bubble item that adds more poison to any of your weapons that you put it on. Make sure you have a way to get rid of or heal from poison damage like regen or the rag item that gets rid of 1 poison whenever an adjacent weapon is used or you will probably kill yourself using this method. Just rack up the poison and that alone should get you there on a high hp enemy. Also be on the lookout for a poison potion that can double targets poison. If you find that then all you’d have to do is rack up around 25 or so poison on an enemy and use the poison potion on it to double the poison. Doing this will actually let you get to 50 on enemies that don’t have as much health.
