There is two methods to getting this achievement, although both are easy.
One Controller Method -
First things first, a few powerups will really help you in this one, the best ones being MVP, Rock Solid, Ice Cream, Twinkle Toes, and Stinky Pants. Force the opposing team to punt (stop them from getting a first down) then as you receive the ball run as far as you can, then use one of the your powerups once a member of the opposing teams is close, make sure to use your turbo while running (RT) and you should easily get this achievement in a few tries.
Two Controller Method -
This one is much easier to do with a friend, if you yourself are using both the controllers I recommend you just use the one controller method above. Kick the ball off to your friend, have him run a bit then get tackled. Now have your friend do a punt, and you choose the punt return. When he kicks it to you, run along one of the sides and have your friend tap 'A' and move all the players that are chasing or about to tackle you.
