Go to the secret room in chapter 6 by taking the paperclip and going through the mirror and using on it on the locked door in the other apartment.
Once inside, grab the sausage off of the table. As you go through the last chapter, the dog will appear in the old house forest, blocking your path. Give the dog the sausage and the achievement is yours.
