Alright, for this you need to finish the whole level 'FLAIL' (which is the last level on Day 1 - Dusk) with the character you start off with.
The first thing you're going to want to do is ditch the mine attached to you. After that just focus on keeping track of the character with the chains attached. This can be tricky because the chains end up a few inches away from the body of your character so bare that in mind.
When there are a lot of clones around just ignore them and focus on moving the chain character as smoothly as possible through the obstacles and the other clones will naturally be destroyed / slow down and get out of your way.
Below is a video of my run to give you some idea of what path to take through the obstacles. Stay patient, in total it took me about 30-45 minutes with a ton of restarts.

Thanks for the video, very helpful. That slow motion section with the wheel is the hardest bit by far. In excitement I also managed to get the chain stuck a few feet from the end tunnel and another clone stole my victory! Few more attempts and I managed to do it.
