The level Vertically is the 5th mission on Day 2 - Dusk. You will need at least two controllers to be able to play coop. This achievement can be done at the beginning of the level. With one of the clones, continuously hold down the A button, pinning the clone to the ceiling. You don't have to worry about the screen moving to the right for this part of the level. After 15 minutes the achievement should unlock.
This achievement did not track for me so unfortunately it seems you cannot see your progress.
I first tried this achievement by pressing A once to start the level and then just letting both clones sit there without doing anything, but the achievement didn't unlock after 15 minutes.
