This Achievement is a lot easier then it would seem. In the begging I suggest avoiding the power ups only getting the ones that make you small and try to avoid clones. If you do happen to get clones just let them die. Throughout the Level if you happen to hit a switch just die before getting to the next area and it will reset that area and the switch will no longer be pushed. Achievement will still unlock as long as you don't go to the next area with the switch pushed in.
