BADLAND: Game of the Year Edition

It should be self explanatory how you save clones. However: Only the best result for each level is counting towards the "Save Clones" achievements. So, you cannot play a level that gives you an easy 20 saved clones five times to unlock this achievement. First few hundred saves should come natural though.
