The Secret Mine is the sparkly stuff on top have to get by those things that pop you but should only be a few tries. I added a video for reference. Once you pop the mine the achievement will unlock no need to finish the level if you have already.

"Switch" is the first level under the "Daydream" chapter, which you unlock by completing all "Day One" levels, for anyone wondering. +1
