-take a trophy truck
on the event settings adjust
-vehicle damage: off
-tree collision: off
-AI difficulty ease: 70%
-class restrictions: Competive classes
first stage tooked me 16 minutes
second stage tooked me 20 minutes
third stage tooked me 19 minutes
and i had alote of crashes so you can do it much quicker

Go to Race > Baja and choose any of the tracks that have "250" in their title. This will take approximately 45-50 minutes to complete. You don't have to finish 1st to unlock the achievement.
