To unlock this Achievement, you need to finish in first place after all the races for the league in which you're racing. Note that you don't have to finish first in all the races, just finish with enough points that you finish first in the standings.

This should be easily obtained in the first league. If you go wildly off course or are otherwise in a low position approaching the finish line on the final lap, pause the game and restart the race. You can restart as many times as you need until you're satisfied with your finish. (Note: You need to restart before crossing the finish line. Once you finish, the race will be completed and saved.)

I suggest using the restart method until you win the first two races. This will give you about a 120-point cushion between you and the second place position. It will allow you to finish the third race in second place and still easily earn the league victory, even if the racer in second place in the standings takes first in the final race.

The Achievement will unlock after the final race in the league has been completed.
