For this you have to sit down for 2 and half or 3 hours to complete the Baja 1000. Not only do you have to complete it you have to complete it in a Trophy Truck. Judging by the achievement description I don't think you have to finish in 1st place but If you do it in a Trophy Truck and drive at full speed then that shouldn't be a problem.
