Balan's Bouts are accessed by finding golden top hats located in every Act (except Act 3). Balan's Bout is a small mini game wherein you will play as Balan in a QTE sequence for a chance to obtain a statue and a multiplier to your drops. During certain moments, you will have to wait for the outline of Balan to line up with his character and press an action button or mash an action button to complete the QTE. For this trophy, you only have to play one round of Balan's Bout, so you will likely obtain this naturally.
