There are multiple Father Tim statues throughout the game.
The Father Tim statue I used is in world 3-2 at the end of the level.
When you reach the place where the Tims do their thing at the end, DO NOT APPROACH THE LIGHT TREE.
Instead, turn left and you will see two of those blue switch things, and beyond them a platform with the Father Tim statue.
I would recommend a costume that is really good at traversal to just hop over to it, i.e. the Triple Jumper or Balan costumes.
Another statue can be found on 4-1 inside the mountain, but requires a high jumping costume to reach.

You will likely obtain this naturally if you are going for all Balan statues. Every act in the game has a hidden Father Tim statue that rewards you with raindrops if you touch it. For this trophy, you only need to find one. These are a great source of raindrops for the statue on the Isle of Tims since these usually reward you with about 4 raindrops each.
