In the Isle of Times area go to one of the colored flower fields and press any action button to throw your drops onto it and then the Tims will eat.

This trophy is hard to miss unless you actively choose not to feed your Tims. When you are on the Isle of Tims, you can go to a patch of flowers and press an action button to throw drops around. When you do this, Tims will come over to eat them, and gain energy to work on the Tower o' Tims. Simply feed your Tims once to unlock this trophy.
