This trophy is pretty simple as all you need to do is defeat 5 Negati in quick succession. One easy way to do this is when you get the Pumpkin Puncher costume in Chapter 6. This is a combat costume that lets you punch quickly. Encounter a group of Negati and quckly defeat 5 or more of them with a costume like this or even by using a costume to jump on their heads to obtain this trophy.
