How to unlock the Clairvoyance achievement in Balatro - Definitive Guide

From the main menu, navigate to Collection > Spectral Cards. You'll be brought to a 2 page menu.
Spectral Cards can be unlocked via Spectral Packs, and will be considered as "unlocked" once they are obtained in a regular, unseeded run. Challenge runs in my experience, do not count towards your collection. If a card is not unlocked, it will be named "Not Discovered" in-game.
In total there are 18 Spectral Cards in the game. As they appear in the game, they are the following:

Familiar
Grim
Incantation
Talisman
Aura
Wraith
Sigil
Ouija
Ectoplasm
Page 2:
Immolate
Ankh
Deja Vu
Hex
Trance
Medium
Cryptid
[LEGENDARY] Soul
[LEGENDARY] Black Hole
The Soul can appear at a 0.3% chance in both Arcana AND Spectral packs.
As for Black Hole, it just appears in Spectral Packs.
If you'd like, you can keep restarting runs to go for "tags" that let you open Spectral Packs. These are essentially free chances to open Spectral Packs in exchange for skipping blinds. Honestly, they're not bad to go for in normal runs on lower difficulties, and can help you set up your deck quite well.
All in all, this is an achievement you should not focus specifically on going for first, but rather once you've done everything else, as this is something that should pop naturally fairly quick.
