How to unlock the No Free Lunches achievement in Baldur's Gate 3 - Definitive Guide

The first boss who, for the sake of a trophy, forced him to really actively use consumables (difficulty "tactics")
Appears at the end of Act II

To make the fight easier:
1. The boss does not take damage until the Song of Night is released. To save moves, we free her before the start of the battle in stealth. The easiest way is to use the flight potion (I recommend giving it to everyone) and fly along the right edge without catching the eyes of enemies.
2. After release, a dialogue will immediately begin, in it we roll a successful conviction and thus skip the first phase, immediately moving on to the Apostle.
3. We place three DDs on the first turn on the platform with the boss, in a circle. In order not to waste moves on moving, either the same flight, or the “door in space” skill. All of your heroes are assumed to be well-dressed/buffed enough to quickly contribute damage.
4. The fourth character (I have Will) held back the necromites and helped with damage whenever possible. The necromites are endless, there is no point in killing them, but if you don’t stop them, around the third turn they run up at the call of the boss and the trophy is torn off. At the beginning there are 4 pieces on the platform to the left. I threw “hadar hunger” at them so that it would hit both the boss and them, and then “slow”, which helped a lot.
5. At the same time, Song of the Night distracts other mobs, if you're lucky.

Well, we just hit the boss without being distracted by anything, with successful crits you can kill him in 1-2 moves

Difficulty "Tactics".
1. Before jumping into the lair to fight with Torm, each character needs to take as many exploding barrels as possible. I took 9 of them that I could find.
2. After the cutscene with the Trinity, everyone in your group drinks an Invisibility potion and smears themselves with other potions.
3. In step-by-step mode, we get to the Song of Night with one character (if we saved it), and place the other two so as to kill the ilithid first. We free the Song of Night and a cutscene begins.
4. The first phase can be skipped, but I did not do this. You need to get involved in battle in order to place the barrels in time.
5. While the Song of Night distracts Torm, we kill the ilithid, the necromites, and with one character we climb onto the platform where the battle is taking place.
6. Place the barrels near the hole and periodically heal the Song of the Night.
7. When the first phase ends, Myrkul will come out.
8. Throw into barrels with fire or a spell. If you're lucky, you'll be able to kill the boss right away. If he's unlucky, he'll be left with 30-40 HP, which can easily be destroyed before the new Necromites hatch. In my case, the paladin finished off the boss with a single hit after the barrels exploded.

In my case, I couldn’t find the persuasion point; I had to kill both phases.
Difficulty "tactics", composition berserker, priest, sorcerer, wizard and any minion (I had a scrapper).
Before the battle triggers, buff yourself with potions, drink an invisibility potion by everyone.
We place Skryab near the song, the rest on the platform with Torm.
From invisibility we strike the first blow and take the opponents by surprise (if not, then reboot).
First of all, I focused on Illithid, this bastard often disrupts the acceleration with his stun and subjugates the song (it was possible to kill him in one move).
Killed four necrs with one fireball.
Next, all that remains is to shut up Torm, without fanaticism, we leave the main striking power to the Apostle.
The Apostle was already silenced with all the most powerful things left. As a result, the eggs did not even have time to hatch.
PS If there are no “acceleration” spells, then use potions, they last 3 turns, which is also enough.

He killed Isabella, so she was quite in the way (accordingly, it was better not to kill her). I also killed without the Song of the Night, she is clearly a good assistant.
When passing through for the first time I killed with it, it was easier.
I took a mage and threw flying swords on the first turn. He threw a fireball at the second one, causing good damage to Merkul.
The paladin rushed and just hit with holy blows.
The warrior tanked some skills and pokes, and often simply lay in a daze after attacks that knocked him down.
The fourth one was a rogue, in fact I didn’t use it properly. I couldn’t catch the invis or hide to hit from under the silence, but I killed one necromite when he was near the rise to the boss.
If on his first turn he pulls Necromites towards him, kill them. Or else he will eat it.
