How to unlock the Fists of Fury achievement in Baldur's Gate 3 - Definitive Guide
The easiest way to get this is to make a Monk character.
After using your (green) action to attack, you can then use your (orange) bonus action use an unarmed attack. Simply do this on the Imps in the tutorial and you're done!
Edit: It is also possible to do this with a summon, as pointed out and confirmed by Leo Ascendant and buckyfellini

Nice! I wonder if a Druid’s Wild Shape would count for this as well? I’ll have to test it out.

Also obtainable with a familiar, Gale can summon them.

There is a very easy spot for this achievement if you have a save near it. At the very start of Act 2 on your way towards the Last Light Inn, there is a glowing green crow on the ground. If you interact with it, a flood of crows with 1 HP surround you. Simply unequip your weapon and hit one of these to pop this achievement.
As a bonus, this is also a good spot for Lae'Zel (or any other fighter) to get the "Action Surge" achievement.

The Action Surge achievement in Baldur's Gate 3 worth 28 pointsPerform five attacks in one turn. Your enemies won't know what hit them (literally).
Can be done in the tutorial on the Nautiloid. Class does not matter
Despite how it's worded, the Monk's Bonus Action Unarmed Strike does not count. However, you can earn this using any character; simply make sure to remove their main hand weaponry (which makes Monk still ideal) and pummel the enemy with your bare fists. If your character gets disarmed in combat, you can fulfill the requirement for this trophy, but make sure you pick up your weapon once you do.
Just a note that this has to be an unarmed strike as a main action, not as a bonus action or reaction. So if you start as a monk, unequipe the quarterstaff to get this.
Later in the game in Act 3 - The Wyrmway - Chamber of Insight you are asked to 'choose' which spectre to kill. They don't fight back nor does it enter combat.
Simply unequip or choose unarmed strike here to kill the 1hp spectre of your choice and the achievement will pop.
Nice and easy - for those who don't get involved in unnamed combat and don't want the fuss and time of trying to get someone down to low hp etc.
