How to unlock the Jack of All Trades achievement in Band Hero - Definitive Guide

This is for the 4 instruments, Band challenges are not needed.

The challenge rewards are Gold, Platinum, Diamond, so Gold is actually pretty easy to get, alot of them can be obtained on easy.

The only one I had issue with was vocals, because I am terrible at them, so I used the Taylor Swift song 'Love Story' as all that is required for gold, is to obtain star power.

So you don't need to be able to chain, or get good scores, you just need to be able to hit 3-4 phases

Agree with the above comment; only thing tricky for most people is the vocals gold.

I eventually synced it up well enough to get 3 star power phrases hit (should only require 3). Also the second star power phrase should be easily gotten by holding mic up to a fan, leaving only 2 phrases required from the video. (Difficulty set to Easy of course.)

I today learned that this unlocks for everyone in the current game if the player's combined challenges have all 4.

To arrive at Gold level for a challenge, you will need one out of three stars. There are four types of instruments namely Bass, Guitar, Vocals and Drums. Get one star on a challenge for each instrument and this trophy will unlock.

If you are having trouble with challenges for a certain instrument, join or invite a friend into Career mode and ask him to help you with the challenges. It does not matter who is the host as long as one player in the band fulfills the requirements for each challenge, the whole band will get the stars.

Alternatively, if you do not have friends who own the game, please use the Boosting thread to ask for help.

Play the specific challenge for each instrument and get gold level or better.
One example of an easy challenge for each instrument is:

Guitar: "EMG is picking up guitarists" sponsor song. Play Dirty Little Secret - The All-American Rejects.

Bass: Dirty Little Secret - The All-American Rejects; it's a fun song and catchy so
there shouldn't be much problem upstrumming for this challenge.

Vocals: You Belong with Me - Taylor Swift on Easy, simple song if you listen to the radio.

Drums: I got it on Love Story - Taylor Swift on Expert, or you can try for Rio - Duran Duran on Medium

To achieve this, you need to earn at least gold on each instrument in career mode.
Lightest medals:
Guitar: Dirty Little Secret - The All-American Rejects.
Bass: Dirty Little Secret - The All-American Rejects.
Vocals: You Belong with Me - Taylor Swift on easy.
Drums: Love Story - Taylor Swift on expert or Rio - Duran Duran on medium.
