In order to get this achievement quickly, create a private multiplayer match using the following settings:
Spider Hunter
3 minutes
5 points
Shifting Web map
Select the Fire Mage and use your powerful spells to kill the water-gliding bugs and the flying bugs in one hit. Survive long enough and you'll get a win.
Repeat twice more to gain the achievement.
You can also use the same multiplayer settings 7 times more to also gain the "Good Host" achievement.

I got this with two controllers on the same Xbox, is that what you mean by "private multiplayer match?"

If you get Spider Tamer achievement first you only need to do 2 matches for this achieve and 9 more for Good Host.

Third time's a charm and Ice Maker can easily happen at the same time. Make a map and make it as much water as you can. In the middle of the water put an ice mage. Somewhere on the map put two grunts (one on the same team as the ice mage one not).
Plug in a second controller on a dummy profile (or whatever profile) and just allow your mage to go to town on the water with the other two "waiting" on their turns. When the Ice Mage can't make any more Ice have one grunt push off the other.
Do this for 3 rounds and you should easily freeze enough squares and you will get the 3 games.
