Create a small map with a Grunt (your team) next to an enemy (beside a water tile). Save it, and load it in single player skirmish. Use the skill "Push" to push that one enemy into the water.

Use Maal or a Grunt bug to use the skill "Push" to push any non-mobile/water-gliding enemy into a water space. When you push someone, they fall back 2 spaces, 3 if on ice.
