Bangai-O HD Missile Fury

Easily manageable on Level 1. At the beginning you will need to use a counter missile since you will automatically be surrounded by enemies. Hold LT and right stick aimed to the left when you let go of LT to do a counter attack and make a path for yourself to the left side of screen. Now every few seconds, use another counter attack as you kill the spawners (the blue boxes around edges of map). Simply go around the perimeter of screen blowing up everything in your path and using counter missiles every so often. When everything is destroyed, a few big enemies appear but they are rather easy, especially if you use those counter missiles so save a few of your energy bars for that.

If you are having any trouble getting this, just set off through the game. Once you have done some of the later levels, doing level 1 with no damage will seem trivial.
