From the main menu, go into Edit Mode. Select new map. The X and Y values are not important so press A again. Then click on Edit. Now, the kind of confusing part. The map editor is not that intuitive so you should probably press the back button to see all of the controls. You will need to add an object to edit the map and then save your map. The achievement will unlock shortly after.
