This one is pretty easy to get. Here is a list of Weapons and the Stage that they first appear in:
Homing - 1
Bounce - 1
Wide - 4
Break - 6
Napalm - 6
Fast - 15
Normal - 18
If the weapon is listed as "Weapon 2," press the LB to switch to it.
At first I tried to play through the game, but since a lot of the levels required many plays, I got bored with it.
What I did instead was: I would die three times in a row and the game will open up the next level because I suck. I started at level 11 or so and just kept dying until I opened up the other levels with the new weapons.
I didn't beat any of the maps with the Fast or Normal weapon and I still got it. Just use them and you should be good.

You should get this in the process of completing the game, so don't worry. If you haven't got it by the last level of fury mode, you can pick all the weapons up there.
