During the "Love Finds A Way" main quest, you will meet Seeker at her new location in Mount Pleasant. In this location, head to her hideout, and you will be able to find the collectible on the table, which will unlock the trophy.

Hi All,

You can only get this towards the end of the game. It's in a hidden area in Mount Pleasant when you meet up with Seeker for the last time, it's in the hut on the right.
