To receive the trophy, you must simultaneously equip 8 maximally upgraded items.

Upgrading items is available in the bonfire menu using resources that can be found in locations or purchased from merchants in settlements. The description of resources indicates locations or activities where they can be obtained. While you are closing all presence cases for the Cases Closed trophy and clearing the map, you will have a double supply of resources.

The problem can only arise with rare resources, which are obtained by closing void ruptures, nests, killing scourges and elite enemies. You can either buy them from a witch in the swamp, or farm them in “eternal” activities.
