Step 2 - pick up "abbie's note on paintings" around the corner from where you complete quest.
Step 3 - move paintings this order bedroom, office, guest room, ball room, dining room (1st 3 upstairs easy to spot. Ball room is bottom stairs to left, dining room bottom stairs to right.
Step 4 - you will get the achievement right at this point and need to go upstairs for the chest. The key is on the table right of the bed if you didn't get it yet.
Take key and go through door that's now available on right side of bed room. Also needed to get all pieces of equipment achievement.
