A good spot to get this achievement is during the Haunting Case (Hammer and Tongs) in the Hunters Camp after you get the rifle during the THE BEAST Quest. The Haunting case will have you follow a spectral trail Northeast from the camp(Any NEST Ritual Site will be good also).
When you get to the second clearing there is the High Cave Shelter on the right side of the map. Very close to this Shelter is a NEST Ritual Site, it's to the left and slightly up from the Shelter, it will be a white question mark point of interest. You will see white wisps flying around.
Make a manual save right before starting this encounter, there are several enemies in this battle making it easy to get this achievement, and the Float like a Butterfly achievement (Defeat 8 enemies in a single encounter without being hit) if you don't already have it. If you don't get this achievement or get hit going for the other one I mentioned just reload manual save.
Just keep your distance and take your shot aiming for the weakspot, the glowing white spot. Auto aim locked on to the weakspot really well on Normal difficulty. I didn't notice weakspots on all enemies, the white specter enemies seemed to have them mostly, and the green glowing enemies. Sprint/Dodge to keep your distance.
To make this a little easier equip the Soldier of Fortune Bane Ring found in the Cursed Chest Ritual Site in the first clearing right before this area, also on the right side of the map, the first cove on the right coming from camp.
