Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden

Quite a ways into the game you will unlock a Manifestation called Ensnare, It was the 4th Manifestation I unlocked. Once you have it go to a NEST Ritual Site, I used the the Endless Ritual Site in The Harrows next to the Abandoned Farm Shelter.

When the battle begins switch to Antea pull and release Left Trigger to throw the Ensnare Manifestation and Freeze the enemy in the Ethereal Wed. Can also charge with a reticle by holding LT.

Freeze an enemy 5 times during the same encounter and the achievement is yours.
