Simpely get two Jiggies. The first one can be found when you enter the wichtes lair and then jump on the rocks at the left. The second one can be one of the ten Jiggies from the first level.

After you have both Jiggies the achivement will unlock.

When you walk in the lair to the left jump on the left to the top of the rocks and there is a jiggy. get one from the beginning of the first level, and your done.

With there being no way to beat the game without getting two jiggies, this is impossible to miss.

The first Jiggy in the game is located to your left as soon as you enter Gruntilda's Lair from Spiral Mountain. You will use this to open Mumbo's Mountain to the right of the entrance. Once inside you need to get just 1 of the 10 Jiggies in here to get the Achievement. You could simply walk straight forward to the giant slope, back flip up to the brown path and follow it up, then walk up the right slope to the giant Skull house (Mumbo's) and back flip up into the eye of the house to get an easy Jiggy.
