How to unlock the Pro Golfer achievement in Bankshot Billiards 2 - Definitive Guide
You DO NOT need to have under par on each individual table. BUT, you do need to complete all the tables. At the end of it all I still had only PAR on tables 14, 18, 21 and 29. I managed to get mostly birdies a few eagles and even one albatross on table 25. (but they don't call it that, it just says -3) Also you are allowed to hit the yellow balls as long as you don't sink them there is no penalty, if you do sink one its a 1 stroke penalty. The red balls however if you hit them or sink them also it counts either way as a 2 stroke penalty, so avoid this as much as possible.

I had about 10 Tables with Par and about 18 birdies, 3 eagles, and 1 (-3). Then I had 4 tables that were bogeys and still got the achievement. I think you just have to be under par overall.

I had two tables left. After reading this I just fudged my way through them, +5 and +6 lol. Achievement unlocked because all the rest were birdies, -3, and a few hole in ones. I'm sure I was below par overall, and that's is all that matters. Seriously I gave up on this game because I was taking the requirements too literal for this and the speed freak achievement. Must be bad translation or something...

From the main menu of the game, select "single player" and then "golf." Each table is standalone and the tables can be played in any order and returned to individually at any time.
I have been asked to make videos for this achievement since there aren't really any out there.
First: The achievement description is misleading: you do not have to reach par or under on every individual table, but across the cumulative table score.
Audio is not needed for the video (just created to avoid copyright infringement), just take note of the following:
-These videos only use the Y button and left stick to adjust your shot, ignoring the B and X buttons.
-Holding down right trigger while you adjust the power with Y will give you precision control, unlike the struggle you see in the videos (thanks BionicLyon!)
-Scratching will incur a +1 penalty per turn
-Sinking a yellow ball will incur a +1 penalty per turn
-Touching a red ball will incur a +2 penalty per turn
-Pay attention to the powers used in the bottom right corner
-Be patient and utilize your turns available
Carry on!

Go to Single Player and select Golf. There are a total of 36 tables which you need to complete, but unlike mentioned in the achievement description you don't need to come in under par on ALL the golf tables. You just need a total score equal or lower than 0. You can check your score and tables won under Leaderboards - Game Mode: Golf.
I suggest you play through all tables once and after that you can try to improve your score. Don't touch the Red X balls and don't sink the Yellow X balls as these will result in getting a stroke penalty. It requires a bit of trial and error but it's doable if you keep at it.

Make sure your overall score averages par or less. You don't need to come in at par for every table.
