'Complete Prosper Bluff and speak with the singer in the Bastion'
Near the end of the Prosper Bluff level, you will find a woman singing in the path. Speak to her to end the level.
A cutscene will activate, and then you will be returned to the Bastion. The achievement will unlock at the end of the cutscene.

Mostly story related.
You will need to rescue the Singer at the end of Prosper Bluff. After that, just talk to her at the bastion and the achievement will unlock.
The, Pants, Party
This is mostly story related, but you can technically miss it if you do not speak with Zia when you return to the Bastion. You return many times after rescuing her, so it doesn't have to be right away.

Story-related and cannot be missed.
You'll meet up with the Singer, Zia, and rescue her in Prosper Bluff, the 11th level in the game. Once you've completed the level, simply talk to her once you're back in the Bastion to unlock the trophy.
