When asked to find a way into the Arkham Mansion for the first time, grapple your way up the rear clocktower (you'll do so by going around the back of the tower and looking for further platforms to grapple to) on the building (preferrably after getting rid of the snipers).

In addition to finding a Riddler trophy up here, a good leap off that same ledge will allow you to glide far enough to unlock this.

It's even easier to do this immediately after escaping from Intensive Treatment as at that point there aren't any enemies in the area to worry about.

For this achievement you'll need to glide continuously for over 100 metres, thankfully there's an easy way to get this achievement and using this method you should get the achievement first time.

First of all you'll need to have progressed far enough into the story to be at "Arkham East", when you're there you need to climb up the mansion, you can't miss it, it's the biggest building in the area, once you're up the top walk to the ledge so you're facing the main area and then just glide, don't stop gliding until Batman touches the floor and you'll have the achievement.

I've also linked a video in that shows you the method I've just described and will also show you how to climb up the tower if you need help with that! The video shows you how to get 2 achievements, for Night Glider please skip to 1:35!

There is only one place where you can get high enough to earn this. Climb Arkam Mansion and head toward the clock tower. Once your on the very top platform, hold down and run off the platform; keep holding down to glide down towards the door which leads you to Arkam North.

You can do this from the top of the Arkham Mansion in Arkham East. Here is a video from user Y2KFrosty to help:

Once you are at the high point, just ensure you hold the glide for as long as possible. It should pop when you land.

The best (and I believe only) place to do this would be at the top of the Clock Tower on top of the Arkham Mansion. Once you climb/grapple to the highest point, run and jump off holding to glide. Avoid other buildings and obstacles to get the longest flight distance you can. If the distance is over 100m, then you will earn the trophy.
