Actually, I got this achievement the second time I faced Scarecrow. Which is when you had to fight the skeletons.

You must sneak pass Scarecrow and activate the spotlight on him. You'll need to be slightly quicker to avoid the Scarecrow's gaze this time around. Once the light has been activated the trophy will unlock.
Story related, and cannot be missed.
This is the second time you will be affected by Scarecrow’s fear gas. Just like the first time, you’ll have to survive this dream like challenge to continue on. In order to survive, avoid Scarecrow’s gaze by hiding or ducking behind walls and obstacles. Eventually, you will defeat him with a search light, and earn the trophy.

The second meeting with the Scarecrow, when you destroy the formula in the library, the Joker will announce that he has released Zasz like a mad dog on Doctor Young, in this nightmare the Scarecrow will already turn its head to the sides, and will not circle around its axis, so calculate the time.
