How to unlock the Breaking And Entering achievement in Batman: Arkham Asylum - Definitive Guide

Access to the Mansion is through a vent seen from the ledge where the two snipers are. It can be opened with the grappling upgrade (D-pad down) acquired in the batcave. LT to target, RT to fire and A repeatedly to pull the vent cover off. The achievement will unlock soon as you enter the Mansion.

To unlock this trophy you must get on top of the Mansion. There is a grate which you can use to access the mansion. Doing so will unlock the trophy.

Continue through the story. Once you enter this building, you will earn this trophy.

Ventilation is on top of the door, use the Bathook to get to the top and explosive gel to blow up the wall
