To achieve Predator Silver you need to complete 16 predator objectives in challenge mode. See predator gold for more hints.
NOTE that the Downloadable Content does not seem to count towards the 16 required objectives/medals. I have 15 medals in regular challenge modes and 6 in the DLC's making a total of 21 medals, but I have yet to complete the achievement.
