*Minor spoiler alert*
This achievement is most likely the second you will get in the game, about 15 minutes in.
It will pop when you rescue (or help rescue) Catwoman from having an acid bath - courtesy of Two-Face.
Simply take down the henchmen in the area. You'll then be shot by Two-Face and fall down. Luckily Catwoman is pretty handy at escaping herself and, as the achievement subtitle suggests, she ain't really a damsel in distress.
You'll recover in time as Batman to have a chat to Catwoman and grab the achievement.

I'm playing on the PC (no votes, sorry), and this didn't pop for me. I got worried when I spoke to Calender man. Do you remember when this popped for you?

Story related. Can not be missed. After you get the bat suit. Happens after the fight with two face's thugs and cut scene with Cat woman.

After you put on your batsuit, you are required to hack into their communications. After doing so, you will hear of Catwoman's appearance in Harvey Dent's Courthouse. You know that Catwoman (Selina Kyle) knows a lot about Arkham City already so you decide to go for her. At the front, there are goons, just knock them all out, once you have done that, enter the courthouse. In front of you are stairs, turn left on the stairs and then take a sharp right and you should receive a cutscene. Once the cutscene is finished, walk across the corridor and climb up the ladder. You should spot an armed goon on the balcony, watching the room, take him out with a silent takedown. Jump down from the rope and Harvey will have seen you, now take down all of the inmates or thugs that are willing to fight you. As soon as you finish the last enemy, you purposely get shot, and a cutscene appears. After the cutscene, you get the steam achievement.

After changing into your suit, you learn that Selina Kyle (Catwoman) is in trouble inside the Courthouse. The trophy will be earned once you’ve cleared the room out.
