After Getting inside The Museum to face-off against The Penguin. You will find yourself inside his warped version of a Gladiator Arena, After defeating the Titan Thug he unleashes, the achievement will pop. This is the part of the story so can't be missed

Tips for beating him is simple stun him and then pull out your bat gel that blows up and due it next to the packages that appear on the floor than set that off when titan guy is on top of it than he'll be stunned and beat him down do this twice.. first time you get to ride him to knock out thugs..

To see the first bit when you enter the museum, read the text below, once read, see this guide to help you.
After you save the officer at the main entrance of the building, you will have to go through the hallway, through the door, through another hallway again. Once you have made it there, it will say "New recruits this way!". As you realize when you get there, the gate is closed, you have to get out your Remote Controlled Batarang and throw it from the top, and hit the button. If you hit the button, you are able to get past the gate and enter the gladiator pit. I recommend you watch the video for better ideas of how you can overcome the task.

After entering the Museum, you will be tasked with saving nine GCPD officers. After rescuing the first one, upon entering the Gladiator Pit room, you will be confronted by Penguin and his thugs. This is where you will be confronted by a Titan for the first time. Once you’ve defeated him, the trophy will pop.
