Yet another very simple map to show you all the locations of all the watchtowers through out the game world, I would say its not very needed as the watchtowers are very noticeable but just in-case you cannot find the one you need just check it right here!

If there is anything I can do to improve my guide please let me know!

Buggy. Finished all of them (100% in the side missions objectives screen) but didn't pop.

When do the last towers unlock?
Right now there is a red sign over the towers and the bombs.

I'm not sure, I personally completed the main story before doing anything else.

Its probably best you do that to, To make it easier.

Just a heads up, but this cheevo didn't pop when I first beat the last watchtower. I had to load up a backup save (by holding

at the menu screen) and was able to beat it again. It popped once I did.

i took out all 21 militia towers and the achievement didnt pop?

It would be good to include something about when the remaining towers become available. You beat several of them under the Arkham Knight's control, and then the rest are locked away until sometime after Deathstroke takes control.

The final watchtowers do not appear on the map until almost the very end of the game. They will appear after the attack on GCPD, my main story progress was at 94%. They appeared on my map after I got this achievement:

This achievement is earned for completing the "Occupy Gotham" Most Wanted Side Mission. This side mission will become available right before you infiltrate the first Stagg airship as you are tasked to take one down as part of the story.

Militia Watchtowers are spread across all three islands, after the initial watchtower there will be 20 more to disable. To destroy them you first need to takedown all the nearby enemies and equipment in a mixture of combat and predator scenarios, then approach the control panel to destroy the tower using your explosive gel. While you will not be automatically notified of their position they are fairly easy to spot by the red searchlight cones the turrets project from the buildings. Once you have disabled all 21 the achievement will unlock.
