How to unlock the The Scene of the Crime achievement in Batman: Arkham Knight - Definitive Guide

Go to the GCPD and interrogate the Mad Hatter.
Follow the way point to the island with the large statue where you will hear the sirens.
One hostage is located behind the statue (about at the coordinates 2567, 2223). Another is on the crane near the ACE chemical plant (about at the coordinates 1345, 2055). And a third is near merchant bridge (about at the coordinates 1479, 3330).
Diffuse the bomb by moving the beams over the dots until they turn green. The achievement pops after you diffuse the bomb.

The third hostage is NOT at those coordinates,but at 1570,3150 very close to the Panessa Movie Studio that most who'd played the story will know where's at,of course this is just to help others & still giving the solution thumbs up

Seems to be bugged, didn't unlock for me even though the second hostage and Mad Hatter completion ones did.
Edit: fixed by completing the objective in New Game +, so try that if this happens to you too. My next step would have been to do it under a new save file. The mission became available for me after , about 10% of the way into the story.
