Hi,
welcome to the "Red Hood DLC" for Batman Arkham Knight.
This is the kind of DLC no one except achievement hunters need :-D. It really just seems to be one of the poorest cash grabs I have ever seen, but this is just my opinion.
This "DLC" consist of 3 challenges: 2 combat challenges and one predator challenge.
If you have played through the Arkham Knight this DLC won't be a problem for you. Sure Red Hood has some other gadgets (in fact he has fewer gadgets than the other playable heroes) and some other moves, but the basics are still the same and you will be done with the DLC in less than 20 minutes (!!)
These 3 challenges are connected by a short story line involving one of the villains from the Batman universe.
Challenge 1:
There is really not much to say here. Just try not to get hit and you will be golden. Try to get some combos and try out the different moves The Red Hood has to offer (thes are actually the coolest innovation of this DLC). The wave is actually quite long, with many new goons spawning. You will interrogate the last goon and head on to the next challenge
Challenge 2:
This is the predator challenge. I am not the best predator player but this one was quite easy. From the staring point I activated detective mode to find some lonely goons. I took care of some on the left side of the map (from the starting position) first and took out the guy on the podest in the middle next. All with stealth kills. After that I saw the sniper on the right side of the map (you can take care of him firstly, if you prefer to) and sneaked my way to him to take him out with a ledge takedown.
With that said, there should be only a couple of them left. Take care of them with whatever methods you see fit.
Challenge: 3
This is the last challenge. It serves as a kind of boss fight. You can fight against the regular goons as long as you want, but they will keep respawning. Don't wast your combos on the boss, he will just evade them. What seemed to be pretty effective were beatdowns. Stun him with
and keep mashing 
. Whenever you get attacked in the process, try to jump over the boss or attacker with 
or keep countering the attacks by pressing 
.
After you have done a few beatdowns the DLC will be over and you are one achievement richer

Does anyone know when this will release for all season pass holders?

I think there is nothing known, yet. I was thinking that season pass holders have access to it already. Personally, I got it with a pre-order of Arkham Knight.

In order to get the trophy that's called "Under The Red Hood", you will need to complete the DLC story for Red Hood from start to finish. You can either get it through the season pass or, if you don't have the season pass, you'll have to pay for it on its own.
When the game starts, Red Hood will tackle on a bunch of Black Mask's thugs in a huge fight. If you're pretty good with the combat system, it won't be much of a problem. If not, I suggest evading all the time, using counters when appropriate, strike when you can, and use certain takedowns. If a guy is charging at you, press
to take out your guns and eliminate him. When it comes to guys with the electric stick, you can jump over them and hit them with behind, use your gun, or do a special combat takedown.
After that fight, it is now time for a predator situation. This is unique, because there are guys in the room that wear body armor, so guns would be useless against them. Start off with the sniper on the right by doing a silent takedown (by pressing
when you are behind him). Once that's done, play it safe with the guys in body armor by doing silent takedowns on them, then eliminate the thugs without body armor in anyway you like, just as long as you don't die.
Finally, it's the final fight of the DLC. By now, the thugs are pretty standard, so just destroy the first batch. The second batch comes out, this time with Black Mask leading them. Black Mask will eventually take out his gun and shoot Red Hood. You can counter the move with the button prompts that appear on the screen and he will get his by Red Hood's gun. You can slowly defeat him that way or you can a perform a beatdown and hurt him that way. The thugs will keep on reappearing, even after you defeated some of them, so split your time between defending yourself against them and hurting Black Mask.
Once you empty the energy meter for Black Mask, the DLC ends and the trophy is unlocked. If you need a visual aid on how to complete the story and unlock this trophy, I have provided a video guide. If you want to get this steam achievement, first you have to buy the DLC, Red Hood Story Pack. It costs £1.59. You can access this DLC at any time at the main menu, this takes 0-1 hours long.
If you want a guide here, or you can read this long text, either will do.
( 1 of 3 ): You will start off with a cutscene. After the cutscene, you will have to take out all of Penguin's thugs and Black Mask's thugs (, reinforcements will come, ). Completing that fight will lead you to discuss with a thug about where Black Mask's gang is at. Once you get the information, you set off.
( 2 of 3 ): Once you have spawned, you will get an objective to kill all of his gang and humiliate him. Remember, the ones that look blue in detective mode can't be easily killed, though yellow ones are killed after one spray of bullets. After the brutal fight, again you will discuss with a thug and get the location of Black Mask. Let's go and pay him a visit.
( 3 of 3) After a cutscene, you will meet Black Mask, he will be firing bullets at you, so you have to dodge them and then spray a ton of bullets at him. The fastest way of completing this is to go to Black Mask and keep on punching him in the face. If a thug comes to you remember to counter or if they are charging, shoot them. After, you throw him off the window and end his life once and for all.
