First things first, you must head to Administration to obtain the Shock Batarang. Second, head towards the sewer areas at Industrial. Once you fall through after exploding the bridge with explosive gel, scan the water and electrical box by the big door. After hacking the door with your Crypto Sequencer, it will jam and Solomon Grudy will make his grand entrance. Equip your Shock Batarang () and aim at the water. When Grundy is a step away from the water, fire Batarang then beatdown Grundy. Here’s a video on how to get it.
