This achievement is missable.

There are 20 Joker Teeth around the Administration area. When you run into the first one, go into Detective Mode, hold and hover over it so that your database recognizes it (for you to aim at it). Use the Batarang to destroy them. Be careful not to be too close to them as they explode when destroyed. Follow this video for their locations.

Note: Some Joker Teeth require specific equipment to reach them.
