It did not pop for me on first play through. Also did not pop Jokers profile. Just letting people know it might be glitchy. Hoping it will pop on new save file

Popped for me on first run. I guess WB fixed it.

Story Related and cannot be missed.

After the crime scene above, you will have to infiltrate the Police Station. After this you will go into the sewers, then will need to head to the Gotham Bank to find Black Mask. After the cutscene where you find him, the trophy will unlock.
